I love getting kids excited about reading and writing! One of the best parts of being an author is meeting young readers and their teachers or parents. I enjoy reading my books to kids and empowering them with playful stories and problem-solving tools to face anxiety, overcome obstacles and build skills for success in and beyond school.
Sign Me Up!A typical author visit includes all or some of the following:
A reading of either ABC Worry Free or Are You a Bird Like Me?
Interactive activities and discussions related to the book’s topic. If desired, I can also do a classroom lesson on the writing process and relate it to either book.
Q & A about Noel’s stories (i.e. inspiration, the process, etc.)
